Our product exchange policy is designed to provide customers with complete confidence regarding the products purchased in our store.

 

All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also facilitate exchanges for products that have arrived differently from what was ordered by the customer.

 

If you receive one of our products with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to process the exchange:

 

If more than 7 business days have passed, and the product shows any flaw or defect, kindly get in touch with us, providing your SSN, order number, the product to be returned, and the defect. Upon receiving your email, we will forward your request to our quality department for examination. The authorization of this department is required for any potential exchange. Once the analysis is complete, we will contact you with our decision, including whether an exchange is necessary.

 

The deadline for requesting an exchange for this reason is 90 days after receiving the product. Please note that we will not process exchanges or refunds after this period.

 

We will review your complaint within a maximum of 7 business days. If the problem is confirmed, we will contact you via email, and you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
  • Receive a new product identical to the one you ordered.
  • Receive a product of similar value.
  • Receive a voucher for the product's value to use in future purchases.

 

For credit card refunds, our financial department has a maximum of 7 business days to process the refund with the credit card company. The final timeline for the funds to return to your credit card is up to 120 days, depending on the credit card company and your billing cycle.

 

If a refund is necessary, it will be processed to your bank account within a maximum of 10 business days after the quality assessment. It can only be made to an account with the same SSN used on our website.

 

In the case of products returned without prior communication, beyond the deadline, with missing or mismatched items, without the label or invoice, they will be returned to customers. The same applies to exchanges that do not meet the quality department's criteria and may incur shipping charges.

 

Please note: Golden Lion Store is not responsible for the shipping expenses associated with returns followed by refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
